Folor constructed OTC Markets’ charming headquarters across two levels at 304 Hudson Street.
Design elements of the space include modern glazed office and conference room partitions, custom fabric paneling and fully integrated millwork. Keeping with Soho vintage, this space also retains exposed brick walls and ceilings, along with fully restored wood flooring.
To assure operations were never interrupted, renovations were planned using a multi-phased approach and well-coordinated scheduling.
