Folor provided construction and design management services for Gabriel & Co. to relocate their office and showroom facilities.
For this project, Folor’s involvement began during the client’s planning stage and continued throughout. To facilitate an entire build-out of these new offices and showroom on 45th Street, significant emphasis was required to coordinate scheduling and assist with cost control.
The full scope of work included complete outfitting of a newly designed open plan office space, along with common areas, staff pantries, and bathrooms. A central element of the design was the new showroom space featuring glass enclosures, veneered millwork, and custom lighting arrangements.
