Working for the Landlord, Folor provided full management and contracting services from concept through commissioning for a core and shell new rooftop development in midtown Manhattan.
Engaged for an undertaking with logistically and practically challenging obstacles, Folor coordinated and constructed the addition of two new floors on top of an existing thirty-story building on Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.
This project scope touched multiple disciplines of construction work including new structural steel, new and upgraded MEP servicing, floor to ceiling glass curtain walls, LULA elevator, and outside rooftop deck space.
