Folor was contracted to renovate the front and rear lobbies at this prime midtown location.
Construction consistency was a key factor for this project. The plans called for both lobbies to be finished with new glazing for the storefronts and new canopy awnings. Full elevator upgrades were provided, the marble wall paneling was specially book matched, and custom wood veneer millwork was installed.
Folor coordinated all project scheduling utilizing pre-purchasing and off-site manufacturing techniques so that each lobby was completed within four weeks, thus minimizing interruptions to building operations.
