To revitalize and enhance the functionality of this existing office building, Comfort & Sons partnered with Folor to redesign the storefront, lobby, and create a communal amenity space on the second floor. A refreshed facade and a two-story lobby create a seamless connection between 50th and 51st streets, allowing ample sunlight to illuminate the interior.
Folor assisted George Comfort and Sons with the budgeting and overseeing the general construction of this project, while ensuring the project was kept on schedule and still providing high-quality workmanship that was expected by the owner.
Amenity Center offers tenants some community-orientated space including longue areas including a terrace, espresso area and a bar. The Amenity Center also includes multiple offices and conference rooms. These rooms were fabricated with customized Millwork Panels and stone along with custom epoxy flooring creating a vibrant feature to the space.
