Complete renovation and build-out of their new retail space within the Mark Hotel.
With a challenging design and tight schedule, excellence was required for constructing a new store located in this Manhattan landmark hotel. The space was “gutted” to accommodate a full rebuild, which required Folor to successfully coordinate the installation of intricate lighting for jewelry and custom millwork displays without interrupting the day-to-day of a very heavily trafficked hotel.
